Morning Shake – It’s not pretty
Posted: April 30, 2012 Filed under: Shake 3 CommentsLike I said, it’s not pretty, particularly half consumed, but it is beautiful…..is that confusing? I’m getting everything I need in one cup: protein, veggies, omegas, anti-oxidants, fats, that’s a beautiful, beautiful thing my friends, ESPECIALLY when it’s tastes as good as this!
1 cup homemade Almond Milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Half frozen banana
Generous squirt flax seed oil
1 1/2 cups yellow chard
Handful raw walnuts
Blend and serve.
